Volunteer

The Port Gingerbread Festival is powered entirely by volunteers. Our inaugural Festival in 2023 was the work of 107 volunteers, ages 12-92! Producing the Festival involves imagination, planning, communicating, recruiting, organizing, fundraising, publicity, logistics, decorating, hospitality, cleaning up and writing many, many thank yous. Some jobs are short-term, such as a 2-hour shift on site during the Festival. Other jobs may call for commitments of several hours per month for a few months. There’s fun and satisfaction to be had either way! If you would like to pitch in, please let us know what interests you.
